Services at Warrior Monk Mental Performance & Counseling (MPC)

At Warrior Monk MPC, therapy, coaching, and psychoeducation are grounded in the belief that true healing and growth require both strength and self-awareness. Whether working with individuals, couples, men’s groups, first responders, veterans, or organizations, the mission remains the same: to help people cultivate resilience, emotional regulation, relational integrity, and purposeful living.

Our approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic practices with a philosophy of disciplined personal growth—helping clients not only reduce symptoms, but develop a stronger, more grounded identity capable of navigating life’s challenges with clarity and courage.

Individual Counseling

90 minute session- $175

Individual Counseling at Warrior Monk MPC is designed for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity struggles, life transitions, and challenges related to purpose, direction, or emotional regulation. Many individuals—especially men—find themselves feeling stuck, isolated, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward, often carrying the weight of cultural expectations that discourage vulnerability or seeking support.

This work is particularly relevant for men facing issues such as:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Depression and hopelessness

  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress

  • Anger and emotional suppression

  • “Failure to launch” or prolonged dependence

  • Identity confusion and lack of direction

  • Life transitions such as career shifts, divorce, fatherhood, or loss

Therapy provides a direct, grounded, and non-judgmental space to better understand patterns, process pain, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. Drawing from attachment theory, psychodynamic insight, cognitive behavioral approaches, existential exploration, and mindfulness, the goal is not simply symptom relief—it is the cultivation of a stronger, healthier, and more purposeful self.

At Warrior Monk MPC, individual therapy helps clients:

Develop emotional awareness and regulation

• Build resilience and discipline

• Clarify values, purpose, and identity

• Heal from trauma and maladaptive patterns

• Improve confidence and relational functioning

• Learn to move from survival mode into intentional living

This is a therapeutic space where clients can confront challenges honestly, develop inner strength, and become more integrated—without shame, stigma, or judgment.

Couples Counseling & Relationship Therapy

90 minute session- $225

Couples Counseling at Warrior Monk MPC is dedicated to helping partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen intimacy, and navigate conflict in healthier, more productive ways. Relationships often become strained under the weight of unresolved wounds, poor communication, chronic stress, attachment injuries, or infidelity. Left unaddressed, these patterns can create cycles of resentment, emotional disconnection, and instability.

Couples therapy provides a structured environment where both partners can slow down, understand each other more clearly, and begin rebuilding connection.

Services include support for:

  • Communication breakdowns

  • Emotional disconnection

  • Repeated cycles of conflict

  • Affair recovery and infidelity repair

  • Premarital counseling

  • Military and first responder relationship stress

  • Parenting and co-parenting challenges

  • Attachment injuries and trust rebuilding

Drawing from attachment theory, evidence-based couples interventions, and practical conflict-resolution strategies, therapy focuses on helping couples:

• Open and strengthen lines of communication

• Understand one another’s emotional needs and histories

• Develop healthier conflict-resolution skills

• Rebuild trust after betrayal

• Improve emotional and physical intimacy

• Align values, expectations, and long-term goals

For premarital couples, counseling helps lay a strong foundation for lifelong partnership by proactively addressing communication, expectations, and future planning.

At Warrior Monk MPC, relationship therapy is not about blame—it is about fostering accountability, compassion, and the development of a more secure and resilient partnership.
